Ipod Touch and Cash Up for Grabs in Next Tournament

This time around I have decided to take it up a notch. NichePoker.net is pulling out all the stops and putting up a brand-spanking-new Ipod Touch for the first prize of our next tournament. That is right… the winner takes home an 8GB Ipod Touch. I can vouch and say that these things are truly amazing, as my brother-in-law just got one for Christmas and I’ve been playing with it all day. Those of you who played in the last tournament know that there were some freerollers trying to crash the party. I’ll be taking more preventative measures this time around to make sure this does not happen. Firstly, this tournament will not be a freeroll. It will have a buy in of $5.00 + $.50. I know this will probably not make some of you happy, but the tournament will be a lot more fun to play without those guys playing 5 different accounts and colluding with each other via aim or msn. Oh yea, and not to mention it will eliminate the bad play of some of the free rollers. Jeez the bad play.
The tournament will be held on Full Tilt Poker again. The date of the tournament will be January 26th with the time to be announced. This date is far enough away to give you guys enough time to get the money in your Full Tilt accounts.
When you think about it, $5.00 is nothing. You’ve got a month, so just skip Starbucks one day and you have your buy in. Those of you who have never deposited at Full Tilt should go ahead and register an epassporte account. It takes a week or two to get your account linked with your bank, but once you get it taken care of it’s a breeze to use for deposits and withdrawals. I recommend getting the ball rolling on the Epassporte account today… Or maybe you are a member of a poker forum which has a money transfer section where you can trade Stars, PayPal, Party, or Absolute for some Full Tilt money.
The tournament will be password protected again, so only those subscribed to the feed will be notified of updates and receive the password. The password will be posted just before the tournament starts. This will keep the guys from posting it all over their forums on Orkut.

I’ll be switching up the category the password is posted in for this tournament. I can’t keep the password off the site, but I can make it almost impossible to find. You can bet it will NOT be posted at this URL which was discovered last time. So make sure to subscribe so there wont be any confusion.
